Do you have an order minimum?

The minimum amount charged per order is $50.

What is your pick up and delivery schedule?

We currently offer pick up and delivery Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-12:00PM

Do you offer commercial accounts?

Yes! Please email info@washclubphoenix.com

How long before my clothes are returned to me?

Laundry is delivered within 24-hours.

What should I do if I need to cancel my order or if I have an issue with my order?

Do you charge a fee if I miss my pick up or delivery?

If you miss your pick up or delivery, we charge a one-time $15.00 fee. This does not apply to customers that leave their bag(s) outside their door.

How do I know when the driver is on the way?

You will receive an email and text alert when the driver is on their way for both pick up and delivery. You will receive an estimated time of arrival in the email and text message. Note, you must have email and text message enabled in your account in order to receive notifications.
